**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Services team member for our Recreation Center to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will assist guests with inquiries, provide information on services and programs, handle reservations, and address guest concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the Recreation Center
- Answer guest inquiries about facility features, programs, and services
- Process guest registrations, memberships, and program reservations
- Handle guest feedback, suggestions, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Guest Services area
- Follow established procedures for cash handling and transactions

**Schedule:**
This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operational needs.
